Progressive lenses
Getting used to your new pair of progressives.
Adjusting to progressive lenses may take a short period.Initially, some users may
experience minor challenges, suchas adapting to different zones for near and far vision.
However, with a brief acclimation period, most individuals find these lenses
provide
seamless and natural vision, enhancing overall comfort and convenience in daily activities.
Here are some useful tips to help you get used to your new lenses.
Exercise 1
Look straight ahead, and move only your eyes thorugh each area of the
progressive lenses. This way, you'll get a better feel for the different fields of vision.
Exercise 2
Look through the top part of your lenses, then focus on something closer as
you
lower your eyes to the mid-part of the lenses. Then take a book and look through the bottom
of
the lenses
Exercise 3
Try moving your head and not just your eyes in all directions as you look
through the different fields of vision. Remember to use your head to face the direction you
wish
to look at.
