Progressive and Bifocal lenses allow for multiple prescriptions in one lens, letting you see clearly near, far and in-between. It also conveniently eliminates the need for constantly carrying two different pairs of glasses.
Getting used to progressive lenses can take anywhere from a few days to one full month.
We suggest you start wearing your new glasses at home and at the office and only when you feel fully adjusted should you start driving.

You can browse specific sets of frames by choosing from the top or left menus. You can further narrow your search by various features on the left menu, such as Brand, Material, Color, etc. Click on the "Quick Look" button when hovering over a desired frame to see more information, additional images, and similar frame styles!
Easy! Every frame has a general size marked as S, M, or L to give you an idea of the frame size. Furthermore you can get the exact dimensions of the frame by either clicking on a product image to go to its page; or by clicking on "More frame details" from the Quick-Look view of a specific product.
Yes! You can use our Try-It! virtual mirror. See a frame you like? Hover over it with your mouse and click on the "Try it" link button.
Prices are for a complete set of glasses, with standard prescription single-vision or non-prescription lenses. The price also includes a free case and cloth! Additionally, you can opt to upgrade your lenses to a thinner lens and add protective coatings to the lenses on the product page below the product details.
After deciding on a specific frame, click on "Select Lens". You will be transferred to the frame's product page where you can choose the usage of your glasses, optional lens thinning and lens protection upgrades, and enter your prescription online. You can also fax us or send us your prescription by e-mail. Our professional customer service representatives will be happy to give you any assistance.
Not all frames can be fitted with progressive or bifocal (line) lenses. Look for frames that are marked with a check for "Bifocal/Progressive" next to them
Usually no longer than 48 hours. Just provide us with your doctor details and we will do the rest.
In that case, you will need to first order lenses for your right eye and only then for your left eye. On the product page make sure to uncheck the box next to "Left Eye" and enter your prescription in the "Right Eye" section. Once done, continue by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Now that you've done that, just proceed to your left eye's brand page by finding it on the left side navigation bar. Once you get to its product page, make sure to uncheck the "Right Eye" box. Enter your prescription in the "Left Eye"section. When you are finished, click Add to Cart. Click the shopping cart and make sure that both brands appear there. Once you are sure your order is right, click "Continue Order" to proceed.
It's pretty simple. If you're not 100% happy with your order, we'll give you your money back. No questions asked and completely hassle-free. If your prescription has changed, you can return all unused lenses, as long as they're still sealed in their original packaging and as long as it’s within the first 14 days of receiving them. Once we confirm your new prescription, we will send your new lenses back to you.
Prescriptions are good for a minimum of one year and can even be valid for up to two years in certain states. Naturally, we encourage our customers to get regular eye exams. If you have provided us with a copy of your prescription, we will make sure to let you when it is about to expire. If it has already expired, we’ll call to remind you that it's time for a new exam and an updated prescription.
If you have previously placed an order with us your prescription should appear by default in the drop down menu. If you haven't made an order with us yet and don't have a box handy, you should give us a call us at 1800-917-70-83 and one of our customer service representatives will help you out and contact your eye doctor on your behalf.
Yes. However, even if you don't currently have one, you can still make an order. You just have to select your eye doctor or the name of your clinic from the drop down menu on the order page. Once you submit that, we can then contact them directly on your behalf to get your prescription, as we are required by law.
