How to return your glasses has a 14-day, no questions asked free returns policy. We are confident in our frames & lenses, and that you will enjoy the eyeglasses & sunglasses you purchase from us.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your eyeglasses within the first 14 days after delivery (for contact lenses, 30 days), you are entitled to a refund, product exchange, or a 100% store credit. No questions asked and hassle-free.

How to Return Your Glasses

Follow these steps

1. Go to the returns form page on the website.
2. Fill in the order ID and the email address you used when ordering the glasses.
3. Print the prepaid return shipping label and put it on the envelope containing the glasses you’re returning.
You’re done. We’ll let you know when the glasses get back to us, and then it’s up to you: Receive a full refund (may take up to 30 days to appear in your bank account), store credit or exchange for a different pair.

Can I return my glasses?
We're sorry to hear you aren't satisfied with your glasses. We accept glasses returns no questions asked within 14 days of receipt.
How do I return multiple products from a single order?
Put them in the same envelope and place the return shipping label on the envelope. Make sure you selected these glasses in the Returns form you filled out.
If I return my glasses, can I get a gift card instead of an exchange?
If you're returning an item within 14 days of receiving it, you're eligible for 100% store credit. It'll be sent to you within 30 days from processing your return.
If I need to return my order, where should I drop off the package?
After filling out our Returns form, you can drop the glasses at any USPS drop box.
How long does it take to see a refund on my card?
Refunds normally take 10-14 days to be processed. You’ll be able to see the refund on your card statement depending on your method of payment. If you paid with a credit card, it might only appear on your card statement in your next billing cycle. If you can't find it on your credit card statement, please contact our customer service via phone (1-844-244-1186) or email.
How do I receive store credit? How long does it take?
Your store credit will be sent to you via email up to 30 days from processing your returned item. It may take up to 7 business days to show in your inbox.
Can I use USPS or Fedex to return my glasses?
We provide you with a shipping label for USPS only.
Under which circumstances can I return my glasses?
You can return your glasses no questions asked and hassle-free for any reason within 14 days of receipt. You can also get our 20/20 enhanced coverage for one year, which includes prescription changes, repairs and damage from normal wear & tear.
What can I do if I lose the tracking number?
No worries :) You can contact our returns department at and we'll sort it out. Make sure you have your Order ID (found in your confirmation email)
Can I check the status of my return?
Of course you can. Just visit the USPS website and enter the tracking number you were given upon submitting your return request.
What should I do if my glasses arrived damaged?
Unfortunately, sometimes couriers don’t take the best care of the packages, but don’t worry. We take full responsibility. Send us an email to with your order number (found in your confirmation email), take a picture of the glasses and we'll sort it out.
How do I know where to send my glasses back?
You don't need to. Your shipping label includes all the necessary details. All you need to do is paste it on your package and drop it in the nearest drop box.
I've never returned a package before.How does it work?
Don't worry, it's pretty simple. Print out the shipping label our team sends you and put it on a box with the order you wish to return and drop it at your nearest post office.
What can I do if I don't have a printer to print the shipping label or a box to return my package?
We suggest you print the shipping label at your closest library, at a friend’s house or at your office. You can use the shipping box in which your original order came to send it back to us.
