In order to buy prescription glasses online from GlassesUSA.com, you need a recent copy (made within the last two years) of your prescription from your optician.

Your optometrist – by law – must provide you with a copy of your prescription after an eye exam or when asked. Your glasses prescription is considered your property. For most prescriptions, it’s as easy as copying the numbers into our online order form. When asking your optometrist for your prescription please remember to ask for your pupillary distance measurement (PD) – the measurement between the pupils, it helps us custom make your prescription eyewear. In order for your glasses to perform their best, the lenses need to be made to match the distance between your eyes – so that the center of the pupil aligns with the center of the lens.

1. Fill out your prescription online

2. Send us your prescription via fax:
   Please fax a copy of your prescription with your full name and order number given to you at the end of the prescription eyewear buying process to: 1-888-250-6925. Your eyeglasses order will be processed after we receive your prescription. An order approval will be sent to you via e-mail
3. Send us your prescription by e-mail:
   Please e-mail a scanned copy of your prescription as attachment to prescription@glassesusa.com
   For your online prescription eyewear order to be processed, please include in the subject line your full name and order number given to you at the end of the order process. Your prescription glasses order will be processed after we receive your prescription. An order approval will be sent to you via e-mail.
