How can I search for frames?
You can browse specific sets of frames by choosing from the top or left menus. You can further narrow your search by various features on the left menu, such as Brand, Material, Color, etc. Click on the "Quick Look" button when hovering over a desired frame to see more information, additional images, and similar frame styles!
How do I know the size of the frame?
Easy! Every frame has a general size marked as S, M, or L to give you an idea of the frame size. Furthermore you can get the exact dimensions of the frame by either clicking on a product image to go to its page; or by clicking on "More frame details" from the Quick-Look view of a specific product.
Can I tell how the frame looks on me?
Yes! You can use our Try-It! virtual mirror. See a frame you like? Hover over it with your mouse and click on the "Try it" link button.
Can I compare different frames?
Yes! Hover over the frame you want to compare, and check the "Add to Compare" link. Do the same for any other frames you want to compare. After adding the last frame you want to compare, click on the "Compare Items" button that appears on the top of the page.
What's included in the price?
Prices are for a complete set of glasses, with standard prescription single-vision or non-prescription lenses. The price also includes a free case and cloth! Additionally, you can opt to upgrade your lenses to a thinner lens and add protective coatings to the lenses on the product page below the product details.
How do I add lenses and my personal prescription to the frames?
After deciding on a specific frame, click on "Select Lens". You will be transferred to the frame's product page where you can choose the usage of your glasses, optional lens thinning and lens protection upgrades, and enter your prescription online. You can also fax us or send us your prescription by e-mail. Our professional customer service representatives will be happy to give you any assistance.
Can I have Progressive or Bifocal lenses fitted on any frame?
Not all frames can be fitted with progressive or bifocal (line) lenses. Look for frames that are marked with a check for "Bifocal/Progressive" next to them
