Semi-surrounded in both metal and plastic, the portion of the frame surrounding the lenses is constructed from a shiny gold colored metal that semi-surrounds the rounded rectangular lenses. The temples lead to plastic stems that are thicker toward the temple and thinner toward the tip. The stems continue with a white exterior, while the interior expose the gold colored metal stems within. For added comfort and convenience, they even come with spring hinges to keep them sharp, and fitting perfectly!
