I absolutely love my glasses, and I was baffled by how quick you got them to me!
I've recently become very familiar with several online eyeglass providers. I've learned a lot in a pretty short time. Mostly because of my own ignorance. I first tried one of the better known, more expensive companies that advertise "your first pair is free". They did alright. It's a good quality pair of glasses, but because I didn't know any better, I ordered without considering my giant head or arm length or lens height. I didn't do my homework before ordering and it's my own fault. Live and learn.
After several online eyeglass companies and through trial and error, and a not-so-small chunk of change, I was able to factor in all the particulars I wanted/needed to be happy with my purchase. So I gambled one more time. I chose a company that I was unfamiliar with, GlassesUSA.com.
You guys blew the other players out of the water!
Your overall speed in getting my new glasses ready and mailed out totally astonished me. And I appreciated the helpful emails that told me where we were in the process and which department my glasses were going to next. AND...your prices were extremely reasonable. I don't mind paying more for better quality.
But I didn't have to pay more! I came away spending
less than most of the other companies. There was one outfit that was cheaper...but so was the quality of their merchandise. A good deal, but poor quality...and it took the longest to arrive. GlassesUSA.com made them look like the Keystone Kops!
I can honestly say that I am VERY pleased with my purchase from GlassesUSA.com.
I AM going to be a repeat customer.

It took me awhile to find you and to figure out what I needed but I'm very glad I did. [
