Here's what she had to say:
Please pass thanks along to all the technicians that worked on my glasses. I know I have an unusual prescription because I have a condition called Kerataconus. I'd been getting my glasses the last 15 years at Lenscrafters and never felt that they were right.
With the strength of my prescription as soon as I got my glasses and put then on I knew I was right about Lenscrafters. You see I'm near sighted in one eye and far sighted in the other so the only way to really get used to a new prescription is one eye at a time, as silly as that sound. And I had to do that with the glasses you made me but never the ones from that other place.
So thank you, thank you, thank you I've found the place I'll be getting my glasses from now on. And I'm one to tell my friends when I find a place I like. Plus even though I had to upgrade the lens index to 1.67 and pay more it was still less than "that other place".
In closing, Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays or as my aunt has coined happy HOLYdays to everyone at GlassesUSA and a special thanks to whomever made my lens'.
Thanks for the last time this email,
